A great stay at Pampa Plaza! The location was outstanding, with easy access to restaurants, grocery markets, and beautiful city parks. The staff members were friendly and promptly helped with any requests. The full refrigerator in the kitchen was a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location near the airport was convenient, but that's about the only good thing. the facilities were not well-maintained and the staff was poorly trained. the breakfast was basic and the rooms were dark and uninviting. the swimming pool was not clean, and the sauna was nonexistent. the cooking facilities were limited, and the laundry was expensive. not worth the price.

The staff was not helpful and failed to wake me up for my early morning flight.
